Tom grew up in the beautiful timber town of Pemberton where he was involved in the horticultural industry and had a very successful Hereford cattle stud. Participating showing cattle all over the state, Sydney and Perth Royal shows. Moved to Gingin in 1984 with his stud cattle and is still involved with commercial breeding of cattle with his company Cabsteel Pty Ltd. Started selling Real Estate in 1993 and in 1997 completed his business degree and now holds his triennial certificate. Over the years selling real estate Tom has won many awards Top selling sales rep for the Roy Weston Group in 1997 and finished in the top ten the following year. Awards included Gold, Diamond, and Chairman’s awards for the group.
Tom’s commitment to his community is outstanding with involvement with many organization spending nine years as chairman of the P and C while his children where at school. Chairman of the board of directors of the Gingin Districts Financial Services Ltd which holds the franchise for two Community Bank Branch’s at Gingin and Lancelin, which is now returning generous dividends to the community. Loved playing football and basketball and now is content with playing bowls when time allows. Angela grew up in the great surfing town of Yallingup where her parents farmed a small property and were in the building industry. Angela trained to be a teacher and holds a Bachelor of Education degree with her first posting being Pemberton. Angela soon met and married Tom and sacrificed the early part of her career, devoting time to raising family and helping on the Cabassi farm.
After moving to Gingin Angela soon became involved with the community and teaching piano privately to over thirty students. This led to Angela being the prime mover in starting a Concert Band with over 40 members and for eight years the Gingin Bindoon Concert Band flourished.
This community band was the catalyst in initiating a music program at Gingin Districts High School which now boasts a very competent band and the school has a purpose built Performing Arts Centre. After the children had completed their education, Angela focused on the Property Management and bookkeeping for Cabassi Realty.
After several years working in a full time capacity with Cabassi Realty Angela has now withdrawn from Property Management but continues in the role of Business Accounts Manager which has allowed time for a new venture in the Tourism Industry and the establishment of Angela’s Holiday House. In addition Angela is pursuing her interest in natural health and well being by becoming a Sales Representative for ONE Group, selling Australian Certified Organic range of Miesssence skin care, haircare, bodycare, healthcare and cosmetic products.
Angela’s hobbies include nurturing the 3 acre property in Gingin to grow animals and vegetables organically, assisting in a voluntary capacity with the primary school reading programme, pianist for Sing Australia Bindoon group, saxophonist for Gingin Dance Band, assisting in organising of outings and music events for Gingin Pensioners group, improving general fitness with bush walking and swimming, and spending time with her family which now includes a grandson.

Craig has spent his entire working life in the rural property industry.
Having grown up in Gingin, Craig has developed a thorough knowledge of the region and a vast range of contacts in the local community.
After earning a Bachelor of Commerce in Property, Craig worked for 10 years as a Land Valuer, specialising in country properties. He then joined a corporate agribusiness company as a real estate sales manager, where he spent a further 5½ years. He has worked throughout the rural regions of Western Australia from the Kimberley to the South West.
Craig now specialises in the sale of rural and lifestyle properties, predominantly in the Chittering area.
After living in Perth for many years, he is thrilled to be moving back home to Gingin with his wife and two children.

Neil has lived in the Bullsbrook and Chittering region since 1980. His knowledge of the local area comes from being in private business for fifteen years. Neil currently lives in Chittering on a rural property and has the knowledge to help you make the right property choice. Married to Terry who is also involved with Cabassi Realty in Property Management. He has two adult sons, a devoted red cloud kelpie and definitely a true affinity for the region and its lifestyle.

John grew up in the Golden Heartlands of the Mid West of Western Australia and farmed wheat sheep and cattle. John moved into the Real Estate industry after relinquishing the farm and spending several years in the mining industry and tour bus driving around Australia.

Tim grew up in Geraldton where he spent 22 years as a broad acre farmer in the Chapman Valley.
Tim moved to Gingin in 2002 with his wife Sharon, son Tim & daughter Nina and bought a cattle property where he ran cattle and grew export hay whilst conducted a contracting spraying business in the local area. Tim and Sharon have both been heavily involved in the local Gingin community with positions on various committees including the Lions Club, Gingin Chamber of Commerce and Gingin Football Club.
In 2008 Tim relinquished farming and moved to the coast with his family.
Tim achieved his Certificate of Registration as a Sales Representative in June 2009 and now focuses on the coastal side of the Gingin Shire looking after the areas of Guilderton, Redfield Park, Sovereign Hill, Woodridge and Lancelin, concentrating on both residential blocks as well as larger rural blocks.

Debbie has been working in Property Management in Perth since 2001. Debbie, her husband and two children made a lifestyle move to Chittering in 2008 with their horses, dog, cat and fish.
Debbie began at Cabassi Realty in July 2009 and handles the property management side of the business. Debbie is currently in the office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays but is always available on her mobile on her off days.
Debbie has a passion for her horses Smokey and Thor. This love for the majestic animals has led to Debbie volunteering as a Field Officer for Second Chance Horse Rescue.

Kay and her husband John live in the Bindoon area having moved to the district in 2003. Kay will be working predominately in the Bindoon area.
Originally hailing from the North West, Kay was bought up on station country in the Pilbara where she was educated on School of the Air before heading to boarding school in Perth. Kay’s first entry into real estate was in her twenties, this was short lived as she headed back to the “bush” with John. Both of their children James and Emma where born during their time in the Gascoyne.
With their shift to farming country in Dandaragan/Badgingarra area, John and Kay established a “clay spreading business “Central West Claying’ which they continue to operate. Kay has also worked for the Chittering Landcare Office for the last 2 years.
Kay has a lifelong interest and involvement in regional issues and rural communities and is fully aware of the joys and pitfalls involved in owning rural or semi rural property. She looks forwards with enthusiasm to being involved and offering assistance with your future property decisions.
